Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Services that we use.

We currently use the Aramex for all international deliveries shipped from our warehouse in Colombo Sri Lanka. If the shipment is handled by our e-commerce warehouse partner, they will decide the carrier (optimized for fastest delivery).

Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days, $5.99

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days, $12.99

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide.

International Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days, $25.99

Expedited International Shipping: 5-7 business days, $45.99

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipment is lost or damaged.

Please contact us if you have any problems with lost or damaged packages and we will address the specific situation. In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include pictures of the packaging and specific damage.

Customs & duties in international orders

Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and customs generated in the course of delivering your package. These are completely in the hands of the customs authorities of your home country and rates and fees are not available for us to quote or estimate.

– IMPORTANT: Currently, our standard international shipping option is based on Delivery Duty Unpaid terms. Therefore, you (the customer) will have to settle any import duties and tariffs in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered. Customs or the carrier will contact you once the shipment arrives in the destination country.

– The delivery time will vary by country and region.
